<----

As this site is a display of myself. I figured I would have to include another dive into my personal life and the things I interact with.

Look into my backpack and it's contents.

EVERYTHING

This is my backpack with all of it's contents spilled out for you to view.

THE MAIN POCKET

COMPUTER

My school laptop that is never used as intented.

  • The Miku stickers were a gift from my friend.
  • I hastily put together the design on the back. It looks ugly but I don't have the desire to create a better arrangement.
  • The profile picture has been there since 9th grade. It is from an old Don Hertzfeldt doodle.
  • The missing key on the keyboard is located where the Copilot key would be, I ripped it off in some dumb form of protest.

BINDER

The binder that holds the many papers I was given in class.

  • When I picked this one out I enjoyed the color sceme. Now I feel it is bordering obnoxious.
  • This binder is slowly getting heavier as the school year progresses.
  • I enjoy how because it's a zip up binder, the papers are safe from any form of corner-creasing.

WORKBOOK

The half-used workbook I attempt to scribble notes into.

  • I add hand mirror doodles onto the cover once every blue moon.
  • This workbook came split into three parts, I labled the tabs "GENE NOTE", "GENE PROJ", and "MATH 6" respectively.
  • The plastic dividers between each section can hold papers, I really enjoy that feature.

BOOKS

Books I have been attempting to read. From left-to-right: Genderqueer by Maia Kobabe, A Psalm for the Wild Built by Becky Chambers, The Myth of Sisyphus by Albert Camus, The Restaurant At the End of the Universe by Douglas Adams.

  • I have been trying to become a reader for awhile and just started up again recently.
  • I read Genderqueer for a Banned-Books-Book-Club in my english class. I have read through it multiple times for this project by now.
  • I read A Psalm for the Wild Built for a book club me and some friends of mine started.
  • I am reading The Myth of Sisyphus because my girlfriend said it would be a good read. I trust her enough to power through it, I am only at page 26 right now though.
  • I am reading The Restaurant At the End of the Universe because I am trying to get through the Hitchhikers series. I am at page 138 right now.
  • I am a slow reader.

SKETCHBOOK

My pride and Joy, my sketchbook.

  • Started January 23rd 2025.
  • The stickers on the front are all gifts. The Lunchbox Kids stickers were sent to me from Mikey, the barely visible Miku was a gift from a friend of mine.
  • This sketchbook has yet to be filled, it is practically stuffed to the brim at this point though, I tape too many of my doodles onto the pages.
  • I put too much effort into the pages of this book. As seen in the second image.

PENCIL CASE

The case which holds the unreasonable number of pencils I carry.

  • I bought the case at a yard sale for 2 dollars.
  • A majority of these pens and pencils have been following me since middle school.
  • I used to be bullied for the sense of territory I felt over these pencils.
  • The red eraser pen is likely multiple decades old.

THE OTHER POCKETS

GLOVES

The pair of long, pink, knitted, fingerless gloves I use to warm myself.

  • It is winter now and so I began bringing these gloves with me to school not too long ago.
  • I usually wear these in the mornings when I drive to school. My car never warms up fast enough to make the drive comfortable for me. The gloves help mitigate that.
  • They are perfectly sized and I love wearing them for comfort. They fit perfectly underneath my sleeves. No exposed wrists here.
  • I bought them at a school fundraiser in the 10th grade. Some fellow student made them.

CALCULATOR

A piece of equipment I carry around so I don't have to talk to other people.

  • My mother got this for me in the 9th grade thinking I would use it frequently.
  • Batteries exploded inside them within a week.
  • This calculator sat covered in battery fuzz for two (2) years.
  • I fixed it this year because, like said before, I didn't want to talk to other people when I needed to borrow calculators off of them.

CHARGERS + MISC

From top-left to bottom-right: school computer charger, vanilla chapstick, headache meds, MP3 player charger.

  • My laptop charger is frequently taken and borrowed by other people.
  • I bring the chapstick so I don't accidentally cause my lips to bleed when picking at them.
  • I am prone to migranes and have been since I was little. I bring these so I don't end up throwing up all over myself in pain.
  • This charger did not come with my MP3 player. The one that came with the player quickly broke after a few uses, it was a cheap item. I stole (took) this one out of a box of my mother's old work items.
  • All of these items are contained within the small front pocket on my backpack.

EVERYTHING ELSE

These are items I hold in my pockets. I apologize how half-hazardly this image was taken. It took me awhile to take all of these photos and this was the last one I did. I was bored of it at this point. From top-left to bottom-right: MP3 player, pocket notebook, multi-colored pen, Airis VC004 camera, USB drive, wallet, car-keys, phone.

  • I carry the MP3 player because I am infuriated at the methods of accessing and listening to music in the current times. It was a gift given to me by my brother on my birthday. I currently have 1501 songs on it, about 22.9GB in total.
  • I carry the pocket notebook so I always have a method to write down thoughts and my to-do list. It's been carried on me since last school year. I struggle to keep track of my tasks and such and this booklet really helps me overcome my forgetfulness. Recently I keep forgetting to bring the book itself.
  • I use this multi-colored pen to write in this booklet, each color usually designates a different type of task I need to get done. I allow strangers to borrow this pen if needed.
  • I bring this camera with me so I can take photos of the things I see on a whim. It's nice.
  • The USB stick holds any files I may need to transfer from laptop to laptop. I typically write my daily entries on it during school.
  • My wallet doesn't have many interesting traits beyond the fact that it is not built to hold USD. It is the perfect size to hold Euros. I am forced to fold and crumple my bills so I can keep them in there.
  • I can drive. I have a car. My keys are windsock themed. I bought the keychain off of Etsy. Check out the dealer they are lovely.
  • My phone is something I am made to reluctantly carry. I drew the design on the back of it. It was done with watercolor pencils and an old shopping bag.
